Reiki Level 1
Welcome to the transformative journey of Reiki Level 1 Training! By choosing to learn Reiki, you are opening yourself up spiritually and embarking on a path of holistic healing for yourself and others. Reiki brings positive change across all aspects of life - emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical. It is a profound connection to Universal Spiritual energy, allowing you to deepen your connection with yourself and recognise the interconnectedness of all things.
If you are feeling stuck, disconnected, or struggling to find inner peace, learning Reiki will greatly assist you. Through unique attunements, your energy body will be harmonised and aligned with your highest good, bringing harmony and balance to your life.
In our Reiki classes, taught by Reiki Master Teacher Emily Standley, we combine the spiritual with the practical. Emily is a full-time Reiki practitioner, life coach, and sound healer, with a wealth of experiences that she draws upon to provide a comprehensive and authentic teaching experience. She also has a successful healing practice and is a member of the UK Reiki federation which means she withholds standards with her work and teachings.
We teach from two main Reiki lineages - Usui Shiki Ryoho and Usui Reiki Ryoho - both originating from Mikao Usui. Learning from these lineages will provide you with a broad, balanced, and authentic view of the Reiki system.
Our Reiki Level 1 courses are taught over 2 days (14 contact hours), allowing ample time for practice, questions, and a deep understanding of Reiki theory, history, and philosophy. This comprehensive approach ensures that you feel confident and empowered to use Reiki at every level.
Reiki allows us to reconnect with universal love, light, and pure joy. Emily uses Reiki every day in all areas of her life and has witnessed the magic and transformative power of this healing system. Course Overview:
Reiki Level 1 is a 2-day course that lays the foundation for your Reiki journey. It provides an introduction to the philosophy, history, and theory of Reiki, along with practical exercises to boost your confidence in using Reiki.
By the end of the course, you will:

Be able to give treatments to family and friends
Use Reiki for healing and personal development
Our courses are taught in a relaxed and personal style, with ample time for questions and getting to know your fellow students. One of the most amazing moments is when students give their first treatment to a fellow student and receive feedback that it works!

The Reiki Principles
Upon completion of Reiki Level 1, you will have a strong connection to Reiki, and there is no obligation to join another course. However, if you wish to deepen your practice and learn more techniques there will be reiki level 2 courses in the future.

Reiki Level 2 Training
A 2 day course that deepens your connection and application of Reiki. This course introduces and attunes you to 3 of the 4 Reiki symbols - the distant symbol can be used to send Reiki to a person across space and time - you can literally send Universal energy anywhere in the world. Use of the symbols will also aid your personal development and take you further on your spiritual path.
Level 2 is also known as the Practitioner level and enables you to open your own Reiki practice and give professional treatments as well as volunteering within many charities and community organisations.

* It is advisable to leave a couple of months between Reiki 1 & Reiki 2 - this allows time for your energy body to adjust to the high vibrational frequency of Reiki, for energy blockages to clear and for you to have experience working with the Reiki energy. You are welcome to undertake level 2 sooner if you feel you are ready.
